Welcome to Wellthier’s 7-Day gratitude Challenge

What’re you signing up for?

One daily email (from me to you) to inspire everyday gratitude so you can ultimately find more joy + happiness in your day no matter what you’re up against.

We know from the research that it’s not just good practice to give thanks, but it actually makes you healthier, less stressed and more optimistic, making it easier to bounce back, heal and thrive in your life.

You can expect an email first thing in the morning to kick the day off right with a bit of gratitude.

How TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS:

Step 1: Find an empty notebook (maybe you have one laying around, or maybe splurge on something new). The goal is to have a beautiful place to come + write, so let’s make the book your “happy place” by going with something that makes you smile when you see it. (Yes, judge that cover)

Step 2: Find three (3) new things to be grateful for each day. This will nudge you become a bit of a detective of happiness. :) You’ll have 21 unique gratitudes at the end of the week that’ll begin to shift your mindset to become more optimistic (by as much as 20%).

Step 3: You know that book you’re gonna use (from Step 1)? Go ahead and keep that puppy right next to your bed. Grab a pen and keep it near by, too. This way you’re able to follow the challenge of writing first thing in the morning even if just one eye is open, and just before you shut your eyes at night without much effort.
