Mindful breathing.

Peep this previous post to read alll the juicy goodness on why we all need to take just a minute from our day to mindfully breathe.
Here’s my new favorite breathing technique that I knock out at the top of every hour… no matter where I am (I mean mostly just in one room or the next in the house these days).
6 in, 6 out….
Simple.
Exhale all of your breath to start at zero.
Inhale for six seconds.
Exhale for six seconds.
Do this for five rounds of breath - making it just one minute of mindful breathing.
You’ll be surprised how good it makes you feel - but increasing focus, immunity, energy and clarity … you may find it more beneficial than coffee.
