I've committed the ultimate sin...

If there’s one thing I know is important it’s to keep your word and commitments.

Especially in an online community - it’s critical to remain present and consistent and never leave your community high and dry.

I've been inconsistent with my monthly newsletter. In fact I haven't sent a proper community-wide email since October. (Insert head slap.)

Sure, I could give you a million excuses like our cross-country move from L.A. to Tampa, all the flights back and forth while house hunting, buying a home (+ having to furnish every room) or not having child care for two months orrr how about the holidays, where I hosted Christmas?

Errrr…but… I’m not going to dare list off all of the excuses. :)


The simple fact is I've decided to move onward and upward from the end of 2019 with a new improved (and more helpful) platform as YOUR health coach. I’ve scratched the monthly newsletter all together. See ya!
