While bringing a baby into this world is a 'superpower' and a gift in itself, it's also the season in life when we're most vulnerable and depleted. The physical changes, hormonal imbalances, demands and expectations all take their toll on every woman. 

We all want to be on our "A-game" physically and mentally to enjoy this new gift and experience, and also to feel like our 'self'. Unfortunately, motherhood tends to be the time when we put self-care on the back- burner causing us to struggle when we want and need to be able to thrive. We'll focus on mind-body wellness will get you living your best life so that you can be wellthier
