Stop feeling bloated once and for all.

While there’s no magic pill there is the science of combining. Combining food, that is.

I could go on and on about food combining but that’s not what you’re here for. The real nuts and bolts lie in timing your fruit consumption and eating fruit all by its lonesome. No mixing anything else with fruit.

I’m not suggesting you never eat melon + prosciutto (if that’s your thing), but if you’re bothered by bloat start paying attention to when you eat fruit and if you’re eating it with anything else.

The science behind fruit + why it’s making you bloated when paired with anything else…

It’s important to first note, fruit digests in about 30 minutes, so when paired with say a piece of prosciutto, the fruit digests much quicker leaving it to sit in your stomach while that piece of meat is still breaking down. This delay causes the fruit to rot in your stomach while it’s waiting for the rest of your meal to process. Yum!

This rotting is what causes the stomach upset. It can cause bloating, gas, and other symptoms that can be painful. Sound familiar?

Don’t continue to live with this. It’s not ‘just a part of life’ unless you want it to be. With proper food combination you’ll feel a massive improvement from the inside out.

Health Coach Tip:

Listen to your gut. No, really. Notice when you’re feeling all-good and when you’re feeling less than awesome. What did you munch on in the past hour? How long has your stomach felt “off”? It seems simple, but often times we’re all so damn busy we forget to just listen to what our body is telling us.

It’s giving you all the information you need to know by the positive and negative physical reactions your gut is having based on your lifestyle choices (food, sleep, stress, hydration, relationships). So listen up.

Extra credit if you jot down what you ate and how you felt within an hour to 90 minutes. What made you feel sluggish? energized? sick? bloated? It may seem like a lot of work, but isn’t it worth it if you can get to the bottom of the foods that may be harming you from running optimally?

key Takeaway:

It’s a gut reaction. Don’t be afraid of fruit because dark berries are simply magical. They keep you looking young, your brain healthy + loads of other benefits like fighting off free-radicals (you know the things that cause cancer, Alzheimer’s disease & wrinkles).

So, here’s how to eat fruit for optimal flat-belly + HEALTHY results…

If you’re battling bloat, try eating your fruit at least 30 minute prior to anything else. It’s been studied + proven that eating fruit before mid-day is beneficial for not just digestion but to optimally manage blood sugar, so eat it up. :)
